How long is the experience?
The experience lasts 50 minutes but is a total of 1 hour which includes photos with the characters at the end of the session.
How much are tickets?
Standard tickets are £12 per person with a package discounted price offered for purchasing 4 tickets or more. The discounted price is £11 and so £44 for a family of 4.
When purchasing tickets, the standard price of £12 will be shown until you choose the option for 4 tickets (or more) at which point you will be offered the discounted price.
Do adults require tickets?
Adults and children both require tickets as it is a family experience and families take part in their Elf Adventure Challenge together. Just as when you attend the theatre or cinema together, this is a participative, creative and fun event to share Christmas spirit together!
Do I pay for my baby?
Siblings aged 18 months and under are free of charge (when accompanied by older siblings)
What age is the experience suitable for?
Broadley speaking the experience is designed for 2-10 year olds and their parents. However, as with all children’s activities, some younger children may need more support than others with activities. We would expect accompanying adults to participate and support their children in the challenges and activities in order to help them to get the most out of the experience.
Do you offer a group discount?
For large groups of greater than 10, please contact us directly on email@example.com or 01925 756700 and we will endeavor to come up with the best solution for your party.
Is there a transaction fee?
All transactions are subject to a transaction fee. Please note this fee is per transaction NOT per ticket. Therefore, you will save money if you book as a group rather than individual tickets.
Can we transfer a ticket to another session?
Tickets are non refundable and non transferrable. Sessions are sold according to a capacity number and once this capacity is sold we are unable to accommodate further people in the session. Therefore we cannot transfer to another session once a ticket has been purchased.
What time should I arrive?
All visitors should arrive 10 minutes prior to their session start time. Late arrivals will be admitted at a suitable point, but will miss the activities prior to that point. Due to session capacities we cannot transfer people into other timeslots on the day.
Can I bring my pushchair?
Please note due to space and health and safety considerations we cannot accommodate prams and pushchairs in the space.
Can you accommodate special needs?
For special assistance and accessibility please contact us and we will endeavor that your needs will be accommodated. We can also provide one carers ticket at no charge along with one paying ticket, with evidence of DLA.
